We can provide state-of-the art testing, in which you will see, in a 25-page report, the employee’s personality profile. It will provide detailed tips on
how to better communicate with them, what work assignments they are best suited to, what things tend to stress – and motivate them. This can be provided as a confidential management tool, or distributed to each
